All right. Thank you, Josh. So we got some good information there, some clarification on the Big Easy. The Big Easy looks like a big pot. I don't know if you've ever seen one of these oil fryers. Kind of looks like an oil fryer, but doesn't use oil. It uses, I think I should like infrared, but it's just like a big oven, round, and uses propane gas. And it cooks turkeys with a lot of flavor and juice in them. And it's something new that Gray is trying out, because he used to always deep fry a turkey every year. But that's a dangerous and expensive habit. Decided to try the Big Easy. And now we're comparing notes and going over and fine tuning cooking with Big Easy there. But with that, we're going to go ahead and go on the line here just for a second.
