Well, thank you, Jack. Yes, it is one of those variable weather days. The sun was out for a little while, about 10 o'clock or so. And I've had a busy day. I had to go down to FedEx to pick up the package for work and stop by the bank and stuff like that. So yeah, maybe the sun will come out again. I'm looking out to the west as I usually do.
