Good afternoon indeed. I sound a little relaxed today because I did finally get my expense reports completed. It wasn't as bad as I thought it might be because I didn't have as many expenses this year as I did last year. Last year was terrible. Anyway, I got that all done and actually got some sleep. I got to bed about 2 in the morning. And on the question that the question of the day was was something about you got your Christmas shopping done and I thought, what, only nine days shopping left? I guess I should probably think about that. I had mentioned before that I was planning to take a trip to Asia, Japan, and I decided to postpone that. There's some more stuff coming up that I'm going to be expected to do and I won't be here if I took a trip, which would have been tomorrow. So I canceled that within the 24 hour period. So instead of being $2,000 round-trip, I'm going to book a flight for next month that will be 700 and something round-trip, so significant savings there. Couple reasons I wanted to go in December, but I will just put that off a month. Since it is close to Christmas, I thought, hmm Christmas, I haven't really done any Christmas shopping. What do I got coming for my stuff? but of course I got that order in for Kenwood D750 which I placed my order for reserve on March 1st. And here we are 10 months later, no radio. So I called them just for fun, the ex-engineering. And they said, oh yeah, it hasn't gotten FCC approval yet, which I guess really isn't too surprising knowing how well our government has been running this year. But it makes me wonder, I wonder if they're released anyplace else because it was only about a week or two ago They looked on YouTube to see if there was any updates on YouTube new reviews or anything And I haven't seen seen anything. So maybe they're not released anywhere yet. I don't know So anyway time will tell right now. It's a little windy out but not raining, but there's more rain coming So I guess people that need to be braced for it yet Are braced and evacuated if they needed to be evacuated. I guess we're very very fortunate over here And sadly only because we haven't had anything really substantial that I know about as far as huge floods or whatever.
