Hey, thanks there, Tim. Yeah, we always sleep with our window open. And last night it was so loud, the rain coming down so heavy, I had to get up and close the window, partially from the noise, but partially because the wind shifted and our window faces north and the rain was coming in. Through all this last week, the wind has been out of the south. Last night, right now, I'm looking at my rain gauge. Since midnight, we've been 0.75 inches of rain here. Three quarters of an inch of rain at this QTH. Holy cow. Yeah, it's still wet out there, folks. Thanks, Tim. And you stay dry today. OK, Dave, how are you doing down there?
