Good morning, Ron. I hope you're doing well this morning. I am almost ready for a day of binging Lord of the Rings and eating delicious food. Tomatoes are roasting the oven. They didn't quite finish before we went to bed last night, so I'm going again this morning. Chicken stew and chicken confit are made. Apple cinnamon bread and savory herb scones are out of the oven. And my favorite thing I'm looking forward to the most is Jesse made blackberry swirl ice cream last night and the taste test coming out of the churn was phenomenal. So yeah, I don't know. I don't think I'm going to be doing much Black Friday shopping. I'm going to park my butt on a couch, walk slowly across New Zealand in real time, and eat good food. and that sounds like a fantastic day to me.
