A rainy gym for sure. Hey, Amy, do you remember walking to school, maybe didn't walk to school when you were a kid, but I did. And I remember a certain friend of mine, I don't remember the person's name, but he said, hey, look at that puddle. I said, oh yeah, what about the puddle? And I was pretty young, maybe kindergarten, maybe first grade. But I remember this very clearly. He said, look at this. He turned a little bit sideways, planted his foot on the ground, such that when the splash took off, it was headed in my direction, the way he did his foot. I was like, wait a minute, how does he do that? How did he get me, like, square in the kneecaps? And then I figured it out, and we just had the best time walking to school that day. Does that ever happen to you? Damn, I got to figure out, you know, I can kind of do the motion now. I think I got it. It's actually very similar to testing the counters when I'm working by myself. I have to stomp on the tubes and see if the little light lights up. Because you know what happens is when I'm putting out the hoses, and I'm measuring out the distances and all of that, and crossing the street sometimes, there's a bunch of cars that go by. You know what happens when I set everything up, and I'm just waiting for verification, waiting for a car to go by? Nothing. No cars. Guaranteed, Jack. Guaranteed. Anyway, Puddling. You know, I remember. I remember. Back in the day. I remember. In grade school, I used to really love rainy Friday mornings. and walking to school on a rainy Friday. I don't know why, but the Fridays that were rainy, ah, just apparently it's a core memory in my mind. So that's what a day like today reminds me of. Thanks, Jack. KD9IQX. Yeah, what I really learned really quickly was you don't put your foot down at high speed, flat footed in the middle of the puddle. You do it at the edge. That was the trick that my friend had done, and man, he got me so good. So anyway, we had a great time walking to school that day, because it was raining and like crazy. That was in the Whittier Elementary School in the neighborhood in Greenwood here in Seattle. Anyway. All right, Amy. Well, you have a great day, and we'll talk to you soon, and of course, have a great weekend. Robert, drop by with an IOKK7ZRY. Thank you, Robert Moore Stations, please, for the new net.
