Okay, I'm going to try not to color this thing, and I wanted to look at the Europe and NATO section of this, and there's a change in attitude. In other words, it used to be we're going to defend Europe no matter what, and now it's we may or may not defend Europe. We're going to support NATO, come hell or high water, and in the document it says, well, and if everybody's paid up, maybe we'll support NATO. So those are two basic points that I hope will jump out at people. There's a few others too.
