Hi, thank you Peter, have a good day, catch you tomorrow, and let's see, will I be here for the Santa wise tonight, well heck yeah, I got to work it, but I don't have any kids young enough to get in there and my grandkids are mostly all grown up and they won't be anywhere near, they'll be about 90 miles away, we'll see them on Christmas day but not on Christmas Eve so it'll just be me and we'll probably end up having some kind of Christmas dinner or Christmas Christmas Eve dinner with our friends because they don't come with us when we go up to my daughter's house so but and and then they'll know to leave me alone and I'll be sequestered in my little corner doing the Santa Washington because 6 o'clock Eastern, 3 o'clock Pacific, or 4 o'clock Mountain so we'll have to do our lunch or dinner around 2 o'clock, 1-2 o'clock in the afternoon so I can be free for the net. But that's it. All right. We'll say 73. And I got to switch back over to do drop in so I can reconnect Michigan once the net is over. But with that, I'll pass it back to Kevin. Yeah, no worries.
