Well, it is, Bex, and they call it progress, apparently. Anyway, no, I completely understand, completely understand, and, you know, of course, when I was working, I'm sure you've worked with some of the very difficult young people, very challenging as well, and, of course, my three and a half decades were with kind of especially challenging and difficult young people, so, yeah, it was kind of striking that balance of trying to be kind of friendly, be their friend, but also be, like you say, strict. And I think you have to be strict. You have to be there. Hey, listen, you know, we've talked about kind of puppy training and everything before. And you know, Bex, I know you understand it's kind of the same. It's all kind of try and be as black and white as you possibly can. This is right, but yeah, I always admired my staff.
