Well good afternoon Jack, it has been a minute and happy thanksgiving to you and your wife and family. Yeah today is going to be kind of a double day for me because the 27th happens to be my older sister's birthday so not only are we doing thanksgiving but it's her birthday party as well so it's kind of a double duty thing but we're going to have fun. Yes I got a 21 pound bird in the oven going and I just crushed out a wonderful dressing that we're going to do with it. It's cranberry, walnut, and apple seasoned up first and then added in with the stuffing and the sage sausage and it is just absolutely fire right now. And we got all the other traditional dishes going plus my wife made a terrific birthday cake for her. You're going to be coming over around three-ish, and that's when the party's really going to get going. So anyway, I've got to get going because I've got a ton of cooking to do, cleaning to do, and making sure it's presentable. Happy Thanksgiving to everybody out there.
