And this is the EHV KEX. And yeah, it's not a wise thing to be releasing species that are not indigenous into an ecosystem that can wreak havoc. Fish, insects, anything like that. Some years back, well, it's not too many years back. Well, I'd say maybe eight, nine, 10 years back. So yeah, I guess it's a fair stretch. Locally here, you may have heard of it, Tom. Over at Hyde Park, there's two ponds. And one feeds into Lake Ontario, Gringer Pond. There's one just west of the Catfish Pond. And Catfish Pond, I think it's part of an old creek system. But someone had had an exotic pet with a caiman. And they released it into Catfish Pond. And neighbors were phoning the animal control, saying that there's an alligator in the pond, and animal control thought it was a prank call. So finally sent people out. Sure enough, someone had this pet caiman, I guess it was cute when it was small, maybe like a foot long, but after it started growing and growing, they had no place for it. So instead of releasing it to a zoo or a sanctuary, something like that, they decided to release it into the pond. They don't know what happened to it, but it did capture it.
