Good morning Dana. Hello to Teresa and everybody on the net great to hear everyone out there and Yeah, well we got a nice day here. It's currently 53 degrees out. I think we're gonna hit a upper 50s today and not supposed to get any rain till maybe the least this evening We'll see what happens, but not a sunny day, but it's it's okay, and we'll take it Got a couple of things going on today. We got some yard work to do and some housework to do and and all the different things and I've got some pieces to put on a new section of countertop that I'm building for the kitchen so I've got to go out to the wood shop and play with that for a little bit and then we've got to get the old section of counter off and I have a feeling it's not going to be pretty. I don't know how to get the new section mounted but we've got a ways to go and I've got some trim work to do. That's about it for the day, Annette, and I'll say 73s for now, and I will turn it back.
