Yeah, I don't know if I had it when I was up in Canada. I can't remember I Think I was introduced to it more than the states and it was used to be a common staple way way back But you you don't see it anymore Which is a shame And you gotta get you gotta get a good recipe some of them are not all that great It's just like cornbread. I love cornbread bread, but the original kind, not that jiffy mix, sweet crap. You get real cornmeal and you mix this up and you bake it. It's really kind of granule and dense and heavy. And what I like, of course, cornbread and a little butter on it. It's really good, especially with beans or something, right? But what's even better is you get done with the cornbread, let it cool down. And as a snack, you put the cornbread into a bowl or a cup and pour cream over that and eat cornbread and cream. Oh my god, that is so good. The best. I'll even take that over ice cream. I'll take that over a candy bar. I'll take that over bread pudding, even.
