Okay, very good. Good morning to you, Gray. Good morning to everybody else. No, we haven't got any snow since this weekend, but we got a lot. I think we got about 8 inches. Been out with a snow blower. Got the drywall cleared. We've got enough to last me for a while. But We ain't getting nothing new yet as of today. It all came Friday and Saturday, pretty much Saturday. But yeah, we still got, you know, the eight inches, clear drive, eight inches, and that was the most we got dumped on in a while. So Florida, you can tell I got my hands full. The Florida trip, we did that twice this year, strictly business though, went down and brought the camper back in March, put that up for sale for Pam's mom, got that sold. Then she moved back so we went down, flew down and brought her car back. So both times we flew down and brought a vehicle back, so that was our extent of Florida this year. Not a chance to really enjoy our time down there, but enjoyed the road trip, a nice road trip. Like 18 hours back, took us two days each time. So it was a fun trip.
