I had to step away from the living and the babies or... I don't know. They're not happy this morning. Maybe they're just having a rough morning. It happens. Oh, man. I tell you, I feel like going back to bed myself. I don't know why, but I... I just feel tired today. Too much screen time, probably. My life has to remind me every so often to just take a day away from the screens, and I think that day's coming up. Uh, let's see... I don't really have a whole lot planned today, believe it or not. I think I got a couple of meetings I gotta get on, but nothing crazy. You know, we're getting close to the holiday season, so things really do start dropping off now. Um... I don't know what I'm gonna do today. I'm half-tempted. It works really, really slow about taking some PTO time. I got some to exchange in, I work, I don't know if I've told you all this, but I work one Sunday a month basically for about six hours, five to six hours. It's whenever I set up our company's semi-automated inventory accounts. So our company does an asset warehouse inventory account every month and I set those up. I usually do it on Sundays because I like to take a snapshot of what everything is and where it's at and have no movement after the snapshot until they begin the inventory. So I've learned if I do it Sunday afternoon or Sunday evening, the first thing Monday morning they came in and they start doing inventory and there's no asset movement which makes their job, they don't realize it, but makes their job a whole lot easier because they don't have to do any kind of record keeping in between the snapshot and the actual submission of the inventory. So I sacrifice a Sunday once a month to make sure that that happens. So I got a good four or five hours that I can exchange in today without having to use any real PTO time and I think I might end up doing that if today's as slow as it seems like it's going to be. Why? Because I really want to play my game on my computer where Rens meet. I haven't really gotten to play it. I set it all up and I gave it a good couple of hours of testing, you know, graphics testing and stuff and tweaking but I didn't play it so I would like to do that oh gosh I guess that's really about it I'm trying to drag this out to give everybody a break I haven't talked much today hi I tell you what I can do is if you're not in discord make sure you join our discord groups we're having some lively conversation on there we have a new channel called cons controversial you can drop anything you want to in it and you're not held liable for it well okay almost see anything anyhow it's just a controversial place where we can talk about things so I started talking about because yesterday's net so I'm talking about the right of conquest I'm gonna take a real quick break now all right kj5 ilq returning however briefly yeah so yeah they're doing work where I need to take a break off of things I would switch over to my other desktop and I would work a little bit on the idea of the right of conquest so there was a it was an interesting thought I think I had and so I did some research of course using AI and some other some other things but I posted on on discord I responded I think to Ben and and posted kind of what I came up with I'm not done messing with it I'm probably going to rewrite it a couple more times this is one of those things I like to that and and I don't often post them or share them but this is one of those things that you know I'll work a little bit then I'll start my obsidian bolt and that's where it will set I've got quite a bit of writings in there kind of like a journal I guess I don't know anyhow Now you can kind of see how my brain operates that way because when I break it down like I did that idea with research and putting it down on paper, I tend to remember it and understand it a whole lot better. So anyhow, I thought I'd mention that and I might as well make the shameless plug for the DoDropIn.info. I'm sure other people will make that plug too today. But there you go.
