Good afternoon. Thank you for doing the match. Thank you to all the veterans out there. Let's see, I'm doing alright. We have the day off today. All city offices are closed for the day. I agree, it is a beautiful day. You know, it's funny. A friend of mine who hasn't lived here for, I don't know, 15 plus years, She posted this thing to her Facebook which was from a forum that said has anybody in Seattle noticed that the rain is different now? It's heavier. And I was like holy smokes. I was kind of thinking that myself very casually the last couple of weeks. The rain has reminded me more of, you know, like a Midwest rain, like bigger drops, heavier rain, less of like a, you know, polite mist masquerading as rain. Certainly the last couple of years, and I was like, holy smokes, yes, I've noticed that too. And then one of her friends was like, well, you know, the other side of that is that I I think we have more dry, sunny days during the rainy season. And today would sort of bear that out. Anic data, right? So yeah, it's something I've kind of noticed. I think slowly the climate is changing. And we're now in USDA zone 9A instead of 8B. So things change. Things change.
