Okay Jim, glad you get to be with us tonight, and yeah, white snow, white Christmases, they're pretty to look at, but I don't want to experience them. Put them on a postcard, that's fine with me. We have become official snowbirds. We try not to get cold, and we try not to get hot, but this time of year we kind of break that rule and here we are in Alabama where we've been disconnected from water most of the time since we did here with family. If it wasn't for family we wouldn't be here. We come here to visit every year this time of year and it's been cold so we'll be glad to get back to Florida but we don't want to do that while we got family here.
