Well, good morning, Teresa. Good morning, Dana. Good morning to Greg there. Oh great. We're gonna have a great time in Vancouver What a wonderful city. They have got all the food, the lore, so many different cuisines, so many great different restaurants And the entire Vancouver area is probably more in advance It's very radioactive. It's very weird.
