But I'm pretty confident that I could leave the Big Easy nearby but out on my deck and And not have to watch over it. Just go take a temperature every once in a while It does crisp up the outside like deep-frying does maybe doesn't get quite as crispy But it gets a pretty crispier that we did in there where it came out beautiful, and we did a big honking piece of pork out there and that got crispy on the outside too. It was perfectly done all the way through. So you sit there and the radiant heat from the tube just cooks everything inside it and it is it you haven't had a mess with it yet and it is a lot easier to deal with and it's cheaper. I mean you think about if it's $30 a jug of we use fry oil we don't use peanut oil we use just plain old fry oil doesn't seem to make much of a difference it's gonna cost you 60 bucks for the oil so I'm totally sold on that so I highly recommend it look it up and see what you think you do have to assemble it when it arrives but that's not that's not rocket science I mean if you have a Phillips head screwdriver you got all the tools you need anyway back to you Russell.
