It is all injected and oiled up. It was a little bit, um, it was misbehaving, Jack. The turkey did not want to sit right. It was leaning up against the side of the fryer, which is going to create burnt areas. And so, uh, yeah, it took some finagling and some manhandling to get it situated in such a way that it was properly suspended with its wire cage in the middle of the fryer. of the fryer, but I think we finally figured it out. Megan was a big help with that one. We got that and it is all good. I've been drizzling some butter creole stuff along the top of it so it gets nice and seasoned and crispy as it cooks.
