for a quick second in case anyone else wants to pop in there. The net is officially in, but I always stand by until two o'clock just in case. So don't run short, usually, but we're in the middle of summer. I know that all my neighbors around me, I live out in the countryside there, all I saw is the UC trailers starting to get hitched up on Fridays. And you see them come back Sunday evenings, so mostly we're out and about at the colleges or at the campsites. I've just been going outdoors, that's what I've been doing all summer, believe it or not. I've only been out in the parks there three times, and they were very short, like 30 minutes, not even an hour. So I've been enjoying this weather. The grandkids, I've seen one of the grandkids just popped in the office there, so they're probably over here getting a pool there. So that's probably what I'll be doing. A little bit of that with him when he's trying to get to the GR5 RV or whatever it's called. I'll join the other Janet before I put a free sign on it by the engine road there over in Backwood. You know the only problem with the G5 RV is that the center point of the antenna needs to be more than 30 feet off the floor. In best performance is when it's vertical. It hangs vertically down. That's an important part. I turn that part into more of a sloped element at 45 degrees from the feet point at the peak of my roof. It still works quite well. It matches on all bands with the internal tuner on the Kenwood. So I'm quite happy. I'm in the process of installing a long, long wire antenna. I just purchased a ballon on Amazon and I'm going to be trying that this week. Not to mention I got my vertical UHF antenna on the peak of the roof. I got the brackets that had been ordered. And that's really improved things for me too. I can hit reliably a lot more repeaters from Alexandria. Back to you.
