Well, thank you, Josh, and great net this morning, as always. I apologize for my sporadic availability, but Fridays is Laundry Day. I do that. I do it for my brother and my dad on Fridays. I do my own Fridays. I always do that. I always did my parents' laundry for the last several years anyway. They don't get around to it. My mom passed once a week. That's when I'd be at it for two days in a row. It's much easier.
