Yeah, like I think the A3KKY, by the way, anyways, I think that, uh, just cause everyone else is lying, it might be a hint that I should too, I was thinking that, you know, probably the less you have to fight your body, you know, if you can just obey your body and just when it tells you to go to sleep, go to sleep, wake up, wake up, then you'll be fine. It's just that we fight it all the time. I don't know. Well, I can kind of lie to people at work, right? Especially since I do remote work. But yeah, when you have to be and do routines, then that's what makes it tough for most people. So then you can't just say something as general as mind your body. But I think if you have a chill schedule where the time is yours mostly, then that's the best thing to do. Just your body will tell you, go to sleep, wake up, wake up, go to sleep. I think if you can do that, then you don't need drugs or weed or any of those things.
