Well, good evening, Brooks, good evening, Megan, and good evening to the band. This is Kurt, KL70D, transmitting from Bellevue. Just popping in to say hello to everybody. Hope everyone's having a great weekend. Hope everyone's having a great weekend. I'm playing radio in a different way. This week I picked up a $20 CB radio. It's a radio shack, and it's a radio shack sports radio. So, if anybody is old enough to remember the old Walkman Sports that were like water resistant or waterproof so you could play your tapes while you're running in the rain and so forth. Well, this is sort of along the same lines, this thing is fully sealed up, evidently waterproof but at the very least water resistant and it's pretty well sealed up and it has a short in the mic plug so you have to wiggle it around to hear it but it fits beautifully and the LED works nicely and who knows this thing is probably 30 plus years old and I picked it up but it drove off to carnation and picked it up for 20 bucks at a tree farm and and I'm pretty excited to get the the thing, the short fix, because it's kind of a, the kind of age of CD that will go perfectly in my 1994 Chevy pickup, so I want to put that under the gas with a period correct, so to speak. Anyway, so that's kind of the radio thing I have to do, plus I set up an old 23-channel base station in my living room next to the Christmas tree so I can listen to the Super Bowl on Channel 6 on Saturday mornings and hear all the transmissions from back east into Texas and all over the place. It's pretty amazing. Anyway, I just wanted to pop in and say hello to everybody. Hope all is well. Take care. KL7, DZQ.
