Hey more there King Arthur, but in that Joe in Las Vegas One of those restless nights just could not sleep for some reason last night It was odd as the night before I got one of the best nights to sleep. I got in months But last night now, I swear I woke up every hour and at 1230 this morning I just tried to get back to sleep and finally I just got up and worked on the computer and here we are now I'm tired You just can't win and have fun with that Cliff that Swift is amazing. You know, I have it. I had it Well, they went from nine dollars a month to 15 to 20 in a relatively short period of time And I didn't use it enough that once I got back on the actual bike But that's amazing technology you're writing I think when if I remember correctly when I'd log on there were like something like two million people logged into it worldwide and you're riding virtually you got the screen in front of you and you've got other writings writers are writing courses and it sinks with your you know yeah I take the back wheel off my bicycle and I put it on there and it's got sprockets on it and it's magnetically changes the tension like if you're going up the hill going down the hill it's it's really quite amazing technology so you can actually try and catch the rider in front of you and if he lets you do it you can if he wants to pick up the pace you can it's just it's crazy it really is crazy it's really neat stuff so but you know what I might sign back up for it because I was gonna ride yesterday and I don't think I think it knew we were still only like 52 degrees and yeah I am a fair weather rider since my crash it's like you know if it's not out there and fun and comfortable I ain't gonna do it so yeah I may pull out the old pieces of everything and get back on Zwift here for the winter but anyway other than that I'm here art I'm in the background it's Joe Mazagas aka 7z back to you
