I've got lots of favourites. I mean, Christmas time I always have some blue cheese and Stilton or Danish Blue. I don't tend to bother with German here, but I do enjoy that. Danish Blue tends to be quite salty, whereas the other one doesn't. The regional cheese is Red Leicester. I tend to avoid just an awful lot of partners, I mean. And then some soft cheeses, both. But the idea was that it was something very posh.
