with it. Somebody was talking to me and I had the headset up and then all of a sudden I heard all this quiet and I'm like, uh-oh, I better check. Somebody may have called me but I'm just finishing up my breakfast here. I had my noodles. I'm thinking about getting a, oh, one of those frappuccinos, mocha frappuccinos because they still have that sale dollar off to the end of the month. So what the heck, what the heck. I don't have a lot this morning. Everything that's been going on, it's just all of a sudden, you know, I'm like, I could probably go back to bed if I wanted to, and I got eight hours last night. I'm going to go take a look at my ordering app and see what it says. It's updating. It's thinking about it. And firmware updated. That's good. Let's see here. Seven hours. It says I got I was in bed for eight and a half hours, but I got seven hours of total sleep. So only 14 minutes of deep sleep. That should be more. REM sleep was an hour and 18 minutes, and light sleep was five hours and three or four minutes, 97% oxygen. That's something. The ring and the watch are always different. The ring always tells me I've got 96, 97, where my watch is telling me that I'm only getting about a 93, 92, which is not optimal. So, you go with the one with the better numbers. But I wouldn't know how to update that or not update that, make that better. I see seven hours and 15 minutes the watch said, but it doesn't break down as much and it says 93% sleeping blood oxygen. So getting back, you know, getting back up there. It's only been a couple of days since I got out of the truck the, so I'll get relaxed and get some better sleep here soon. And hopefully that'll be tonight. Let me grab one here. Where's the thing?
