I didn't use a special phone, but two times that happened to me, and I'm going to tell you what I did to do to fix it. The one time was very simple. The browser had a VPN that I had to shut off. When I did that, the capture was removed. The other time it started doing, and I'm telling you, it took me like a month or two to figure this out. Nobody could help me out either. What happened was the browser that I was using was incapable anymore to use with the application I was using. I don't know if I'm explaining this crap right. But because it was incapable, I had to use Firefox today because it being incompatible with what I was using in. Those were the two reasons that happened with me with the pick list caption box and it took me a long time to ... I don't know if that will help you, Kevin, but that's the two reasons. One was I had a VPN application that I had to delete and the other one was the web browser had a VPN that I had to take the extension off. So anyway, and I changed. I can't change browsers. think my phone uses Firefox and I don't use any VPN as far as I know so I don't know what I also did was I had called one of my IT guys I paid him $200 for nothing right it took him two hours to figure out that he didn't know how to work my phone and I almost killed him because his comment was well maybe you got to get into this century and get a proper phone with a touch screen. The blind shell was made to correct that. For people who have trouble with touch screens, it's supposed to address and correct that. It's made for accessibility for people who have problems with that. So I don't need to change. The phone is just fine.
