Well, thanks for giving us a report this evening, Jaren. We don't hear a report from you in Boston anymore, so that was definitely something unusual. Glad to hear you got a new window after a hailstorm busted the frames out. Yikes, that does not sound like a good hailstorm. And hopefully that was the only thing it damaged, because I know some of those hailstorms can damage cars and various other things. So hopefully that was the only thing for you all, and you all got new windows that are much more energy efficient. Yeah, it will be interesting to see if you notice a difference this winter if you are warmer inside the house with the heat not having to crank on as much.
