Gevelda Cook is, I bet the best way that I can describe it is it's an almond croissant but in the form of a cookie and it has the very center of it is kind of chewy and very moist with the almond essence and it is the best cookie you've ever had. Beyond that, a very cool thing happened this week where, as many of you know, or know me, I ride a lot of bikes. When I was in Chicago a couple years ago, I went on a big group ride. It will tell you, like, you rode with so and so. And, like, this complete stranger popped up on my Strava. I followed them.
