There is a plan a GOP plan in Congress. It's before the Foreign Affairs Committee and it it's about Licensing privateers now the receipt of the Individual American citizens would be licensed to attack and take cartel craft and also it mentions that they could do it on land to cartel assets would be by private individuals. So this kind of brings back the idea of privateers and letters of Mark and when the government issues a letter of Mark it's your license to do whatever you want to the bad guys whoever they they happen to be. So that's running through Congress right now be very interesting Congress would have to pass that it's an old presidential power and it could be brought back, but that's what they're talking about now.
