It is the playground of the rich and famous of DFW, really. Gosh, it's a lake. It's 40-ish minutes or so from here. Oops, sorry about that. Yeah, it's just a big lake, multi-million, million-dollar homes on the cliffs there by Hell's Gate. You'd have to look Hell's Gate up. Yeah, little communities out there, it's just a lake. We have three lakes all within an hour. We have Lake Mineral Wells, which is a state park. It is literally 10 minutes outside of my door. We go there all the time. We buy a yearly state park pass. We go there swimming in the summertime. We go hiking in winter and fall and spring. We love Mineral Wells State Park. And then about 30 minutes away is Lake Palo Pinto. That's where we get our water source for this town and this area at. And it's an okay lake. They're getting ready to add on to that lake. It's called the Turkey Peak Project. So they're going to add on or butt up to that lake. And then we have the PK Lake, which has a huge dam. It's really cool. My neighbor actually works there. And he sends me pictures and videos and stuff all the time from the inner workings of the dam But yeah, so there you go That's that's what they they they use the old rest the crazy water Some fossil there's some fossil digging stuff around here and then the lakes, you know That's what they're really trying to use to bring back tourism I Would have never guessed it would have worked but I mean ten years later. There's people everywhere. So I guess it does work
