K-T-7-J-L-E-alpha echo 7 micro-omeo, Mr. Terry here. I injured the L3, L4, L5 area in my back years ago. I will not let them touch my back at all. What I do is I twist my torso first to the left and to the right up to the pain, not into or through it, and I do that about five minutes every hour. I have a bulging disc in that area from falling in the hedge in 1984, so it's been around a while. As far as, darn it, I just lost that, but I hate it. I hate my brain sometimes. Let's see here. I'm going to test my watch here. See what we got. 38 degrees and going up to 40 degrees, so we ain't going to see much sun today here in this end of the valley. I know there was something else here.
