We have a thing called the circuit merit system, and that would be defined as a CM1 through a CM5. CM1 being unsatisfactory, CM2 being poor, CM3 being fair, CM4 being good, and CM5 being excellent. When you're on a repeater, the repeater will always have a steady signal a steady signal so you can't give them a five by four or five by nine because that repeater is always going to be a nine. So that's where we just do the CM one through five scale.
