Well, good morning or good afternoon, as the case may be here. Yeah, doing pretty good. Got back on Wednesday afternoon and still trying to get settled in. You know how it is. It takes a while. But at least there were no issues with the house or anything like that, so that's a good thing. Yeah, Paulo is getting used to the new surroundings again. He loves it out in Seattle, and he loves it here as well. It's interesting that he has a different routine here than he does out there. So, anyway, we're doing our best to make it a fine day, and it is. I think we're going to go for a walk. Back to you, Kay.
