It's the I-7 VR Net Control returning. Yeah, it's funny, wishing her a happy birthday on her anniversary because they're both the 23rd. Yep, yep, yep. Well, you know, a breeze can only take so much. Sometimes we're gonna do a brain fart and it just is the way it is. Anyway, thank you so much for your contribution. But yeah, when it comes to bicycling, there's also those adult three-wheelers which can help with balance and just get your legs moving. I saw folks in Yuma down in Grandma's community when she used to go down there on those and it's a good idea just to get moving. But anyway, it's another way of getting out there than a bicycle. Thanks so much for your check-in, Mr. Terry, and have yourself a good rest of your day. And I'm gonna open it up for another round in a moment, but first of all, just sort of answer my own question. In our family we have some fun traditions. Grandma, for example, has a birthday every year. She has waiting for me on the table a check, a check in the amount of the number of years that it's my birthday. So when I was a teenager, this was, you know, 14, 15, 16, whatever. And now it's, I guess it's adjusted for inflation. Anyway, so it's kind of fun. I told her those checks are getting a little more expensive for her and she lapsed, but anyway, so that's a fun tradition. Mine will be in a couple of weeks, but we celebrate both Grandma and myself. We both enjoy celebrating our birthdays and sharing with family. And so, but you know, like I said, I have a coworker and others that I know who do not celebrate, hence the topic. But you do not have to answer the topic of the day. To be anything is just a conversation opener, an icebreaker, if you will. So we're going to open it up for another round.
