All right, I'm doing quite well, thank you. Nice to join my fellow ham operators here on the longest night of the year. So the next night gets shorter and somewhere we'll be here any day now, right? Right. Anyway, yeah, talking about the hangout at the hangar, I went there also today and I also purchase to radio, not for myself but for a friend, a fellow operator on this repeater who does not have a base station and I'm using an Icom, what have I got, I got a 2350 which is a dual band Icom mobile that I'm using that I picked up at Puyallup Swap Meet I guess about three years ago now and it works out really well. It's got some kind of problem with the finals, it only puts out 8 watts but it seems to do really well with that 8 watts. So, anyway about this, what I got, Dean got the IC 2200, I got an IC 2100 for my friend, asked if they wanted to set up a radio as a base station and they said yeah, ok fine. So I bought that. Hey Dean, maybe we can have a simplex contact after the net here and we can try out our radios on each other. I only live a couple miles from Dean, maybe even less. I can pick him up on the input no problem. So let's see what else is going on. I would have just hung around some more. I probably would have gone over to Kenwood Camera there, but I had an appointment to get new tires put on my car, two new front tires, which they kind of badly needed because I was down to the wear bars. One tire has had a slow leak for like a long time. I have to pump it up some about twice a week and that was of course more worn than the other front tire because it would be low on air a little bit and it was definitely getting down to the wear bars. When I was driving the other day I was experiencing some hydroplaning on the freeway which is not desirable so now I've got these new tires so I researched and researched tires and I ended up getting the exact same model that some Mitchells that were well rated all season because who knows, it might even snow here this year. We will find out. Anyway, let's see, there was something else clever I was going to say, I don't remember, so I will just turn it back and thank you for the net, and it was a pleasure sitting in for you last week, by the way. Well, congratulations I'm just sitting here working on my computer at all. Jack is helping me catch the call sign and my computer just died. There's notes on my phone but it's kind of funny because today at about 3 o'clock I got delivery on a new Windows 11 computer and I was setting it up this afternoon and apparently my old Windows 10 computer, I do have the extended updates, my old Windows 10 computer has now died twice since the new arrival has come. I guess it's likely you're a four year old boy and you get a baby sister, you don't get much attention. So I think computers are a little like people, apparently. John, W7JSN, how's it going?
