It's pretty technical stuff that I'm working on for integrating MCPs, but yes, I will try to remember to take pictures and I'm like you, Gray, most of the time unless I'm very specific about reminding myself I forget to take pictures also. The last couple of times I've taken pictures, it was specifically for y'all's benefits, so that's why you got them. Don't think it's a normal thing for me, I can't take later pictures, and I typically forget to do it in the first place. But I will try to remember this, so I'm going to smoke this biscuit with pecan wood. Some of you people may call it pecan, I don't know why, but it's called pecan, and I am Texas, I'm sorry. Yeah, so I had an ochre country that was here in my yard that had to come down so I kept a good part of it and made it into small chunks of flowers. So I'm going to take a couple of chunks. I don't need a whole lot. I'll take a couple of chunks of that and throw it inside of my smoker to get the smoke flavor that I'm looking for. I don't use mesquite.
