I love Amy's comment about use good data to make good decisions. It's a mantra I live by. Oftentimes people ask, well, hey, how often does such and such happen, Matt? And I'm like, you know, I get frustrated by those questions. People think that I'm a human database sometimes. Well, I'm not. But I'm happy to put together just a data set for you. If something's wrong with it, it's the data's fault, not mine. I'm also one person who doesn't like to be a fault.
