Yes, I hear you mention NVIS, which I never heard of before, but somebody was explaining to me that's for HF operation, where you send your signal straight up to get close in, where Normally, you're doing HF, you're getting people across the country or multiple states away, but you can't talk to the people in the next city. I think they said that was practicing sending the beam up so the signals come straight down close to home, K-E-6-R-A-X.
