Well, I played Little League baseball for several years. And a friend of mine, he got a job as a ball boy at what was called the Portland Beaver. It was a, I don't know, a triple A team or something here in Portland. And so he got the, I helped him out a little bit. I found out about baseball. The umpires were up there in his room. They were all spitting out the baseballs, getting them ready for the game. How many baseballs do you think they went through in a game? Well, I said about 12 or 13 dozen. That kind of blew me away. So I got a lot of free baseballs. And actually, they hired us to paint the seats there to see him. So I actually worked for Portland Beavers for a while, a couple of weeks or so. And I helped the ball boy out too when I could. And he could get me into the game for free, so that was good. I didn't have any money. I wanted to be a baseball player. And I thought it wasn't good enough. But there was, I don't know if they had tryouts down in, like, in Arizona or something back then or not. But there was no way my parents were going to give me money to go to tryout for baseball. That wasn't going to happen. I didn't go to college to get a game that way. But anyway, that's my last story. I just, you know, I like to watch baseball. But things are going to slow down when we get older. Maybe 17 of you.
