I would say baseball from, I think right after the dead ball era. So don't get me wrong, I think I enjoyed watching some dead ball era games. From what I've read, those were some long and boring affairs. I would assume I could have seen that, but man I would have loved to see, you know, Bates hit a home run or watch Bates play a game. It's just amazing to think of all these old players, and it's good news players. There's nothing to take away from my generation. My generation, you know, you had King Gregory Jr., you had Barry Bonds and Mark McGwire, and then they're tainted with performance enhancing stuff. So I don't consider them great. I mean, yeah, they have some stats or whatever, but that doesn't make them great in my mind. But King Gregory Jr., he was great. Bo Jackson, I loved watching Bo Jackson play, both sports actually. John Sanders, believe it or not, I enjoyed watching him play baseball because he was much better at football. But then you have Nolan Ryan. You know, I grew up watching Nolan Ryan here in Texas. I'm on the radio, I'm on the radio for one second, buddy. And so, I think I was a little bit more interested in the game than I was in the game. So, yeah, my next door neighbor, she was quite elderly back when I was a kid. And she was a Texas Ranger, a fanatic. And she had a very nice habit of calling us to come over and help her with stuff around the house. And it typically happened whenever something major was going to happen in the ballgame. I got to see Nolan Ryan's side of the field, and I was in the middle of the field. I remember watching with her because of that. It would be simple things like, hey, could you voice come over and help me move the rug? And she just wanted us to come over and hit him. Strangely enough, not long after I got out of the military. And so, I'm talking growing up, you know, I was a kid. And so, this is probably 20 years later-ish or so. And I remember watching with her because of that. And so, this is probably 20 years later-ish or so. I was at a nursing home visiting my grandmother. And in the room next door was Mrs. Perkins, the neighbor from our house. We lived there for 10 years in this house. It was one that my dad had built for us. So, we had a long time getting to know her. And she was near the end of her life at this point. I think she lived another couple of weeks. But she was still watching baseball. And I actually did get a chance to thank her for showing me all those moments. You know, I was not a huge baseball fan until my kids started playing baseball years ago. But I would watch world series and stuff like that and stay on top of it. So, yeah, it's a nice story to think about people who take time out of their lives to do things like that. Yeah, KJ5, I owe a few facts to the group.
