KJ5IRQ returning. Oh goodness. It's been 20 plus years since I've been in the military But I don't think things have changed much if you know if somebody says hey go take that hill and I turn around say no The officer can shoot him Bye, you're dead It sounds blunt, but it's true. I don't like something changed anybody could be feel free to correct me on The battlefield is different than if you're in garrison Let's face it, our military has two different operating modes. You have war mode and then you have peaceful mode. Peaceful mode is different. If somebody says, hey, I want you to go change your oil in that jeep and you turn around and say, nope, I ain't doing it, well, okay. They could get caught marshaled and I do believe at some point maybe you could still be sentenced to death for that, but I think that would be a far stretch to stay in age. It wouldn't happen. I mean, not unless it was something crazy bad. That's just the role that we live in today. I would say that yes, the lawmakers do have a freedom of speech. You all heard me speak about it many times on here. But remember that freedom of speech has a couple of criteria that thanks to the Supreme Court years ago that aren't totally protected these days. And treasonous or seditionous acts falls in that category. I'm not saying they aren't and they're not. I haven't watched it. I haven't seen them. I'm totally blind other than what I'm kind of hearing on this net and the little bit that I heard yesterday. I'm totally blind on this topic completely right now, which is a good thing because I give my unbiased opinion. Anybody who calls out our military and tells them not to follow their commander's orders of any kind. It's really fitting that that that military member up for failure and I'll tell you why. Envision yourself you know you're in the military your colonel says I need you to I need you to uh I don't know fire this missile at that boat and you turn around and you say no sir can't do it that's an unlawful order okay right then and there what will probably happen is he'll say you are now under arrest we're going to call the MPs and it goes to a different part of the military it goes to the law side of the military okay there's going to be lawyers there's going to be judge advocates they're not going to just instantly be like yep you're guilty you're going to Leavenworth it doesn't work like that so without having more information about what's really going on I would say that the lawmakers are teetering on a very tight line but Trump also says some pretty inflammatory things so I don't know I really don't know all right I'm gonna take a real quick break and come back and call the next one
