it's not a breathalyzer test it's a blood test now I don't know about up in Canada and every state will be different on how they do it but in like it's kind of strange I don't think they got all the rules in play yet so if you get pulled over and they want you to do a field sobriety test you can refuse that and not lose your license because you know but if you did they gonna give you a breathalyzer test and you don't take it you'll lose your license or if you take it and of course you're above with the legal limit deal you'll lose it right but when it comes to marijuana or anything else other than marijuana like you know coke or crack or whatever the hell people take these days you have to go in for a blood test. However, the laws for Missouri are you have to consent for a blood test or they have to get a warrant for a blood test. That's the only two ways they can get the blood test. Now, what's the difference between your breath and your blood? I have no idea. But that's the laws in Missouri. So I guess if I took a breathalyzer and it came up negative, but they still thought I was under the influence of something, they would have to prove to a judge and get a court order to get the blood test before they could take it. Or I'd have to volunteer that blood by signing a waiver, which you most definitely would not do. This is repeater station kilo 7. Well, because you can hide it from being on your breath, but you can't hide it from being in your blood. So in case you decide you're going to eat it instead, obviously you'd get around having it on your breath if you're ingesting it, like edibles or gummies or something. I cannot hide it from my breath. A long time ago I had an old neighbor of mine that didn't smoke and he knew I smoked right away because he'd say, God damn, I can smell it on your breath, although he'd always talk to me or catch me when when I'm in the process of smoking right where I just quickly put the pipe in my pocket talk to him and he says God I can smell it on your breath and he's a guy that doesn't smoke so I I would assume it's pretty obvious when it's on someone's breath
