Finally made, I guess, such a pest of myself that folks relented and bought me one, an acoustic guitar. And I took some lessons with it and tried to play it, but it wasn't for many years to come that I'd actually become adept at being a musician. It took a while, but the rest is, I guess, history. That's what I do now, so anyway, memorable gifts. Yeah, electric guitar one year, also electric bass one year, and alto saxophone one year. My folks were very supportive of their sons, both my two older brothers and I, all musicians, and they were very supportive of that interest in our lives. And for that, I am eternally thankful.
