Hey Kevin, I agree a hundred percent by the way I'm gonna say I'm gonna bow out here because I'm gonna start packing my bags to load in the car we're on the third floor and a lot of bags were traveling with the Florida and to get to our in this destination of Bonita Springs and We're in Fort Myers all about a half away half an hour away from the condo Anyway, so I'm gonna be checking in with you guys on a regular basis for there I hope anyway, uh, so john back to you and uh, yeah, I I don't get on usually very much But I read the mail pretty much every morning But i'm usually Getting something ready here.
