I typically keep it on speaker in the morning now. My wife likes to listen instead of keeping it in my earbud. And so she heard that and she looked up at me real quick and I was like, oh, crap, she's probably getting in trouble. Yeah, you made me laugh, huh? No, no, honestly, so I have a thing, digestively. And for the last year and a half, the doctors have been testing and testing. And I mean, I'm at a hospital stay and they said it was the vacuaculitis and they said it was and it's just a whole mess. And yeah, I started seeing the new doctor. Took me off all my medications. I mean, I was on like two different blood pressure pills and all kinds of stuff. Took me off all of that slowly, of course. Did it the right way. And I was starting to feel pretty good. And about, gosh, about a month ago, two weeks ago, started feeling really bad again. I'm like, man, I have another episode. You know, I've had three or four over the past couple of years. And usually for a few days, I mean, it feels like you're dying. You're just dead, just waiting for it to be over. And I felt like that was coming on. And I got pretty bad there for a few days. And seeing that, it was like, great. A lot of my sin here, suffering, whenever I know that you just need to fix this, is to eat the most bland food in the world. So I've been eating boiled chicken and rice, rice rice, sweet potatoes, which I don't care for. I know a lot of people love them. I don't. Bananas, gosh, I probably ate the trees looking bananas. And that's something else I don't like. I've never enjoyed bananas. Anyhow, there's other foods, you know, boiled eggs, white fish that's poached, or pan-hacking pans here, I mean, too, as long as there's no fat. That's a big part of this right now is no fat. Anyhow, it felt great. I mean, I feel, I mean, it was like a wrap or two and around a day, day and a half later, when I started sipping on the broth. This is all the same stuff my doctor told me to do six, eight months ago. And so, anyhow, I eat like this for the next, I think two or three weeks. There's a whole schedule they have. Two or three weeks, and then they start introducing some other foods. Maybe next week, as it looks like now, but maybe I get to try out avocados. Yay, never liked those. And so there's some other foods that, you know, I'm slowly blending the two or three to my diet through the two. I guess my gut, time to heal, and time to reset or whatever, I don't know. But there's a diet that's all involved. Thank goodness for it, for good insurance. I do really, really honestly feel for the people who don't have insurance or don't have good insurance. I mean, my deductible's a bit high, but I'll reach it, last couple of years I've reached it every year. So after that's reached, of course, it's slowed selling for the rest of the year. Anyhow, yeah, KJ5I, okay, I'll send it back to George or Bill.
