Yeah, it is hard I Was vice president of global professional services at a company called up to tempo they make marketing software marketing operation software and I've been in the Professional services leadership business for you know more than 20 years now and then I used to be a programmer But yeah, you know, I just turned 62 and you know, a lot of conversations go well initially and then you know they get me on on zoom and they say oh he's an older guy and you know somehow these interviews come to a crashing halt so it's been pretty difficult I'll pretty much do anything I just want one more job and then I can retire I can't retire without the one more job I don't care what it is but as long as I can pay the bills I'm good okay see one more idea back to you this KC1-YD-R. Stick with us. We're for you to see. That'll be your job, standing the conversation. That is rough, man. Yeah. There's a lot of ageism. There really is, and they don't look at it as experience or being knowledgeable. I loved the all my employees who were older. I loved them because they didn't get overexcited. They didn't ... Nothing really got them down. They understood that this is just a job, things like that. And the younger people, it took a long time to break them in. But you hire somebody older, they already know half of the ropes. All they need to know is the ins and outs of what you're asking them to do. But being professionals, they almost always were complete professionals, and that made my life so much easier. All right. N9. Oh, if you, Bill, how was your weekend, if you choose to call it? so low now and alone in your truck all alone have you heard any news by the way this is Casey to PKG over to you bill and 9 of you
