Yeah that's interesting. It didn't outright say that would be legal. I mean they'd have to make a case in court and do all this other stuff. If you did it with CV radio the FCC would be almost completely out of it. You know and there's lots of those but I was thinking you know equipment seizure I was like well you know HTs are 30 bucks apiece. Take my radio. Peter could do it and he has like 900 radios HTs. He could do it every day for a month and get his radio seized. I wonder what the legality is of sitting on the corner blowing a whistle when you see an ice drop.
