Good afternoon, Jack and everyone. Well, Jack, I just put something in the toaster oven. Yeah, a slice of panatona. I like to toast it a little bit and then put some butter on it. I don't know if that sounds good to you or not, but it sure tastes good to me. Anyway, and of course coffee brewing. Boy, it's a beautiful day here. Mild temperatures, full sun, and of course the solar panels are working great. Paula had a fantastic time at the dog park this morning. And yeah, the biggest news is I got a new house going up right next to me. And that thing is just towering over my place. It's a two-story. So anyway, I'm going to have, I don't know, I'm going to do with my windows because I've got some windows that are looking right at my windows. And I guess from a ham radio perspective, well, I don't know what's going to happen. Is my noise level going to go up? And we'll see what happens when it's complete.
